DEAR CUSTOMERS OF GLADSTONE MOTORWORLD. 

IN MAY 2012, THE PROPERTY AT 231 DAWSON HIGHWAY WAS SOLD BY BOB MCCOSKER, LANDLORD AND FORMER OWNER OF GLADSTONE MOTORWORLD, TO ERROL ROOTS, OWNER OF GLADSTONE NISSAN & HYUNDAI.

THE NEW OWNERS LAWYER, DAVID MCHENRY, ISSUED AN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION NOTICE TO ME DESPITE VERBAL ASSURANCES THAT WE WOULD BE GIVEN TIME TO VACATE AND RELOCATE. I HAVE SECURED ANOTHER PREMISE FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE BUSINESS SUBJECT TO THE USUAL CRITERIA OF COUNCIL AND MANUFACTURERS APPROVAL. BUT...

AS OF SUNDAY, JULY 8TH, THE NEW OWNER OF THE PREMISES MR ERROL ROOTS, OWNER OF GLADSTONE NISSAN & HYUNDAI, HAS IN MY AND MY SOLICITORS OPINION, SIEZED THE PREMISES AT 231 DAWSON HIGHWAY AND LOCKED OUT MYSELF, MY STAFF AND OF COURSE THE CUSTOMERS. THIS WAS A COMPLETE SHOCK TO MYSELF AS I WAS LED TO BELIEVE BY MR ERROL ROOTS, THAT HE HAD GRANTED AN EXTENSION OF THE LEASE TO ESTABLISH MY NEW PREMISES FOR THE BUSINESS. AND I QUOTE ERROLS EMAIL TO MYSELF ON JUNE 28TH AFTER MANY REQUESTS FOR A DECISION "My solicitor has advised that at this stage, I couldn't force you to leave the premises anyway" INDICATING BEYOND ALL REASONABLE DOUBT THAT MY REQUEST HAD BEEN GRANTED. SHOULD THAT REQUEST NOT HAVE BEEN GRANTED, I HAD ALTERNATIVE, ALL BE THEY TEMPORARY, PREMISES ORGANISED TO MOVE THE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMERS PROPERTY TO AND THE PEOPLE TO HELP GET IT THERE.

DENIED TODAY, WAS A REQUEST BY MYSELF TO THE PROPERTY OWNER ERROL ROOTS, OWNER OF GLADSTONE NISSAN AND HYUNDAI, TO ALLOW ME ENTRY TO THE PREMISES AND MY DEALER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SO I COULD INFORM CUSTOMERS THAT THEY SHOULD NOT SHOW UP TO GET THEIR CARS FIXED, PICK UP THE NEW CAR THEY HAD PURCHASED OR PARTS THEY HAD PURCHASED. MR DAVID MCHENRY, MR ROOTS LAWYER, ALSO ADVISED ME THAT I WAS NEVER TO BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AGAIN. UNFORTUNATELY, ALTHOUGH THIS ACT HAS BEEN SUGGESTED BY MY LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE TO BE ILLEGAL AND TRESPASSING, UNTIL I CAN GET THIS TO A COURT OF LAW, IT SEEMS THAT I DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS AND NIETHER DO MY CUSTOMERS, TO BE INFORMED OF WHAT IS HAPPENING. 

I HAVE PUT 7 1/2 YEARS INTO THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF GLADSTONE MOTORWORLD AND I CAN ASSURE EVERY PERSON WHO READS THIS THAT I WILL NOT LAY DOWN AND BE TRODDEN ON BY THE NISSAN & HYUNDAI DEALER BECAUSE HE HAS A LOT MORE MONEY THAN I HAVE AND WAS ABLE TO PAY THE EXTRAORDINARY AMOUNT THAT HE DID FOR THESE PREMISES. AND REST ASSURED THAT I WILL THROW EVERY OUNCE OF ENERGY INTO NOT ALLOWING HIM TO INCONVENIENCE MY FAMILY OR MY CUSTOMERS, LEAVE MY STAFF AND THEIR FAMILY'S OUT IN THE COLD OR TAINT THE NAME OF THE MANUFACTURERS THAT I REPRESENT. I WILL ALSO THROW EVERYTHING I HAVE AT GETTING MY BUSINESS RESTORED. I SUPPOSE I SHOULD LOOK AT THIS AS A COMPLIMENT THAT SOMEONE HAS TO GO TO THESE EXTREMES WITH LIES AND DECEIPT, NOT TO MENTION EXPENSE, AS THEY SEEM TO CONSIDER MY BUSINESS TO BE SUCH A THREAT.

THIS IS BY FAR THE SLIMIEST, MOST LOW LIFE MONGREL ACT THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN OR HEARD ANY SUPPOSED HUMAN BEING COMMIT ON ANYONE IN BUSINESS.

THE EMOTIONAL AND FINANCIAL DEVASTATION THAT THIS HAS AND WILL CAUSE ON MY FAMILY AND MANY OTHERS WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN OR FORGIVEN.
